Enrico Brighi, born in 1976 in Forlì, has developed his career across technology, organization, and people. After studying Information Sciences at the University of Bologna, he worked for many years in the field of university information systems at CINECA, helping to innovate processes and services in dozens of Italian universities, while actively collaborating with professional communities and working groups that were developing within the university system.
From ICT consulting and management, he became a public executive, first at the University of Siena and then at the University of Pavia, where he led the Information Systems Area and served as Deputy Director General. In these years, he promoted a profound digital and organizational transformation, with projects that redefined the experience of students and staff by integrating technologies, data, and skills.
He served as coordinator, together with the Polytechnic University of Milan and Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, of the CODAU ICT group and as a member of the CINECA panel of General Directors. In these roles, he promoted initiatives for the development and consolidation of university information systems, with particular attention to procurement processes, document management, and the overall review of the student information system (SIS).
He is responsible for the overall management and organization of the services, instrumental resources, and managerial, technical, administrative, and library staff of the University, as well as for the legality, impartiality, transparency, and proper functioning of the administrative activity.
