The Politecnico di Bari is a scientific and technological university founded in 1990, the youngest among the three Italian polytechnics and the only one in the central-southern region. It offers study programs in Engineering, Architecture, and Industrial Design.
The university, which has approximately 11,000 students distributed between the campuses of Bari and Taranto, consists of five main departments.

The Politecnico aims to provide modern and competitive training, which ensures high employment rates and good marketability of the degree. Furthermore, the university promotes study opportunities abroad, which include agreements for obtaining a Double Degree, that is, a double degree recognized in multiple countries. In addition to academic services, such as libraries and laboratories, it also offers additional services, such as cafeterias and a gym.
