The Polytechnic University of Bari is very active in developing partnerships with industry, particularly in the fields of industrial and technological research. Joint research laboratories have been established between the Polytechnic and several private companies to address a specific research and development issue consistent with the mission and purposes of the university.
Research activities take place in various facilities within the university campus.
