The course will be held in the DICATECh room, Hydraulic Engineering Building, Campus of the Politecnico di Bari, 4 Edoardo Orabona Street, Bari, 70126 (POLYTECHNIC). The Politecnico di Barifocuses its activity upon the studies of Engineering and Architecture; it is one of the three Italian Polytechnics and the only one in the South of Italy.

Getting to Bari

By air

Bari is served by an airport: Karol Wojtyla Bari Airport. Regular flights are available from a number of European and International cities. 
A train service runs between the Airport and the Bari City Station (Bari C.le). The present cost is around € 5, and trains run approximately every hour, taking about 20 minutes. Please visit the Ferrotramviaria website ( for timetable details.
A taxi from the Airport to the University or to the Bari City ( would take approximately 35 minutes and would cost around € 25. Extra time should be added if travelling at peak times.

By train

Bari City Station connects with all major Italian cities. For tickets, please visit
The Politecnico di Bari is five minutes by taxi from the Bari City Station, or a pleasant 20 minute walk. POLYTECHNIC Map shows where the University is located.  You can also use it to get directions for travelling on foot or by car.
