The Free Mover section provides forms and information for students interested in international study or internship mobility, outside Erasmus programs or standard agreements.

Study Mobility Procedure

After receiving the official nomination from the foreign university, including the precise mobility period and the provision of a copy of the student’s passport, the acceptance letter from Poliba will follow.

Students are required to complete the Learning Agreement for Studies and the Application Form, available on this page.

The Learning Agreement must be signed by the student, the Erasmus Coordinator of the home university, and the Erasmus Coordinator of the host university (please refer to the Fact Sheet for the mobility year for contact details).

For course information, the Course Catalogue can be consulted at this link Course Catalogue. For any academic questions, students should contact the Erasmus Coordinator. The office deals exclusively with administrative issues.

Traineeship Mobility Procedure

Students must find a professor at Poliba to supervise their traineeship and provide a workspace. Information about professors can be found in the Course Catalogue (check the link Course Catalogue).

The Learning Agreement for Traineeship must be completed and sent to the supervising professor, together with the Transcript of Records. A copy of the Learning Agreement must also be sent to the office, which will forward it to the Erasmus Coordinator in charge.
Upon arrival in Bari, students can contact the office to schedule an appointment for the Arrival Certificate. At the end of the traineeship, the office will issue the Attendance Certificate, specifying the mobility period. The Erasmus Coordinator will also sign the evaluation document for the traineeship activity.
